D 1 : Delhi – Mount Abu
Delhi sight seeing- Departure for Mount-Abu by train. Night in the train-

D 2 : Mount Abu
Welcome and assistance in station –Sight seeing in Mount Abu. Overnight stay at the hotel.

D 3 : Mount Abu – Patan – Palanpur (120 kms)
Drive to see the 12th century Taranga Jain Temples and to historic Vadnagar with many historic buildings. Continue to Patan to see the magnificently carved 11th century stepwell . Route for Palanpur- Overnight stay at the hotel.

D 4 : Palanpur – Poshina - Palanpur (50 kms)
Drive from Danta to Poshina. Visit the Garasia tribal villages around Poshina – late afternoon back to Palanpur- Overnight stay at the hotel.

D 5 : Palanpur – Dasada (200 kms)
Route for
Modhera et visit  to the 11th century Sun Temple of Modhera, one of the finest examples of Hindu temple architecture in western India. After seeing the temple,continue to Dasada, Overnight stay at the hotel.

D 6 : Dasada - Bhuj  (220 kms)
Departure to Little Rann of Kutch – The sanctuary is known for its herds of the handsome chestnut brown Asiatic (Wild ass), which is the last of India's wild horse family-Route to Bhuj- Overnight stay at the camp.

D 7 : Bhuj – Villages aux alentours
Visit villages of Hindu pastoral groups like the Ahirs and Rabaris, Islamic pastoral groups like the Muthwas and Jaths, artisans like the Meghwals, and Sodha Rajput immigrants from Thar Parker area now in Pakistan at their respective villages, and see their beautiful embroidery techniques- - Overnight stay at the camp of Hodka.

D 8 : Hodka – Mandvi (60 kms)
Drive to Mandvi, which is a tie-and-dye centre. Overnight stay at the hotel.

D 9 : Mandvi
Visit Rabari villages around Mandvi, including some of the most picturesque in Gujarat, and a Samma village at Pragsar –Back to  Mandvi. Overnight stay at the hotel.

D 10 : Mandvi – Gondal (200 kms)
Route to Gondal. Sight seeing of the city. Overnight stay at the hotel.

D 11 : Gondal – Junagadh – Gondal
Drive to Junagadh- Sight seeing of the city. Back to  Gondal, calling in en route to see the 4th century Buddhist caves of Khambalida . Overnight stay at the hotel.

D 12 : Gondal – Palitana  (170 kms)
Departure for Palitana-
Ascend the Shatrunjaya Hill near Palitana town to see the huge complex of about 863 temples crowning two ridges of the summit. - Overnight stay at the hotel.

D 13 : Palitana – Chhota Udepur

Route to Chhota Udepur- Visit the Rathwa tribal villages around the town to see their picturesque houses with painted walls and terra cotta horses. Overnight stay at the camp. 

D 14 : Chhota Udepur – Champaner (90 kms)

Drive to Jambugodha  and proceed to the world heritage site of Champaner, to see the majestic 16th century monuments. Overnight stay at the hotel. 

D 15 : Champaner – Ahmedabad (60 kms)

Route for  Ahmedabad .A stop at Pavagadh archaeological park, which has magnificent works of Indo-Saracenic architecture. En route, see the palaces of Vadodara-Overnight stay at the hotel. 

D 16 : Ahmedabad 

Sight seeing - Overnight stay at the hotel.

D 17 : Ahmedabad -Udaipur (250 kms)

Departure for  Udaipur- via Shamlaji- famous for its fair and its temple of Vaishnav. Overnight stay at the hotel or transfert to airport or railstation.   

Possibility of adding two days in the National Park of Sasan Gir.
